Documents from the bexio inbox no longer end up in one shared folder: quintio creates a dedicated Drive folder for supplier invoices and one for expenses.
Two new folders in your quintio mirror: “Supplier invoices” and “Expenses”.
Files that were already mirrored move to the right folder automatically — nothing to do on your side.
Existing links to individual files keep working after the move.

You decide what your mirrored files are called: set up the scheme once and quintio names every file automatically — on request including everything already in your Drive.
A naming scheme built from blocks like document date, type, number and contact — in the portal under Settings › File names.
Live preview on your real documents before you save.
Retroactive renaming: one click, and files already mirrored follow the scheme too.
Without a scheme every file name stays exactly as it is in bexio — and nothing ever changes in bexio itself.
