Document date, type, number, contact: many fiduciaries require cleanly named documents — and then someone renames them by hand, file by file. With quintio you set the naming scheme once. From then on, every mirrored file in your Drive automatically carries the name your filing requires.
Full-text search never cared about file names — people, filing order and your fiduciary do.
Without a scheme nothing changes: quintio keeps the file name exactly as it is in bexio. And nothing ever changes in bexio itself.

You define a naming scheme once from blocks — say document date, type, number and contact — and quintio names every file automatically as it mirrors, on request also retroactively for all files already mirrored. quintio detects the change on the next sync and updates the existing file in your Drive — same file, new version, no duplicates. The change is traceable in Google Drive’s version history. And if a document is deleted in bexio, your copy in Drive remains.
